Michelle Obama In ‘Therapy’ For ‘Transitioning’ Into ‘Next Phase’ in Life

Michelle Obama ignited a flurry of speculation and interest by describing herself as being in a ‘transition’ stage of life—remarks that arise amidst renewed public discourse regarding her marriage to former President Barack Obama.

The former first lady made these comments during an open discussion on The Jay Shetty Podcast, where she contemplated the significance of turning 60 and what that milestone means to her. ‘At this stage of my life, I am currently in therapy because I am transitioning, you know?’ she expressed to Shetty according to The Independent.

I am 60 years old, I have completed a challenging chapter in my life while keeping my family together, I am now an empty nester, and my daughters have been launched into their own lives,’ she stated.
