Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stated on Thursday that she is actively working at the national level to advocate for sex reassignment procedures for transgender minors.
Earlier in the day, Pelosi visited the San Francisco VA Medical Center to assess improvements in the health system, research projects, and — as indicated in a press release from her staff — the potential risk that House Republicans may reduce essential services for veterans, as reported by Fox News.
During a conversation with reporters, she was inquired about her office’s response to the interruptions in “gender-affirming care” in California. Her response was somewhat hesitant.
